Zevyqo Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Zevyqo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement below, agree to these Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Health & AI Disclaimer, and consent to the processing needed to provide the Zevyqo features you choose to use. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use Zevyqo.

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Zevyqo account. Zevyqo 1.0 is not intended for children under 13. If Zevyqo learns that an account belongs to a child under 13, Zevyqo may suspend the account and take reasonable steps to delete associated personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Teenagers have different nutrition, growth, and developmental needs from adults. Users under the age of majority should involve a parent or guardian and an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to calorie intake, weight, exercise, or other health behaviours based on Zevyqo.

Zevyqo is a nutrition and wellness platform. Features may include food logging, calorie and macro tracking, water tracking, body and weight tracking, scanning, barcode lookup, recipes, meal plans, AI chat, personalized insights, and other wellness tools. Features may change, be added, be limited, or be removed as Zevyqo develops.

Zevyqo is not guaranteed to be accurate. Its scanners, databases, calculations, algorithms, and AI systems can make mistakes even when a result looks detailed or confident.

• A food, ingredient, or product may be identified incorrectly or missed.
• Portion sizes, calories, macros, micronutrients, body-composition estimates, and targets may be wrong.
• Recipes, coaching, chat responses, and wellness suggestions may be incomplete, inappropriate, outdated, or incorrect.
• Barcode or third-party food information may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• Zevyqo may fail to account for allergies, medications, medical conditions, growth, pregnancy, athletic demands, or other individual circumstances.

Zevyqo provides general informational, educational, nutrition-tracking, and wellness tools. Zevyqo is not a doctor, registered dietitian, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, treatment service, or emergency service.

Nothing from Zevyqo should be treated as a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, or instruction to ignore professional medical advice. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions or significant health decisions.

Do not use Zevyqo as an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare provider immediately.

Do not rely solely on Zevyqo to decide whether food is safe for you to eat. Image recognition cannot reliably detect every hidden ingredient, allergen, cross-contact risk, cooking ingredient, or preparation method.

Users with allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or medically required diets should independently verify labels, ingredients, restaurant information, and preparation practices.

Nutrition numbers and body estimates in Zevyqo may be calculated or estimated. Actual values can vary because of portion size, brand, recipe, cooking method, measurement error, metabolism, growth, and other factors. Zevyqo results should not automatically be treated as laboratory measurements or individualized medical recommendations.

You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure and for providing information you have the right to submit. Do not share passwords or one-time codes and do not intentionally access another person's account without authorization.

• Do not use Zevyqo to violate applicable law or another person's rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, servers, or infrastructure.
• Do not intentionally disrupt the service, distribute malware, abuse rate limits, or interfere with security controls.
• Do not impersonate another person fraudulently or submit content you do not have the right to use.

You retain rights you already have in content you submit. You give Zevyqo and its service providers permission to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Zevyqo depends on third-party providers such as hosting, database/authentication, AI, email, and food-information services. Zevyqo does not control every outage, policy, security event, data error, or other action of an independent third party.

Zevyqo may experience downtime, bugs, delayed processing, lost connections, incorrect results, AI failures, or third-party outages. Zevyqo may update, redesign, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Unless otherwise stated, Zevyqo's original software, branding, interface designs, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Zevyqo and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Zevyqo's intellectual property to users.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zevyqo is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Zevyqo does not promise that every result will be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for every person. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zevyqo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of or reliance on the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Zevyqo may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious Terms violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, age-requirement violations, or risks to other users or the service. You may stop using Zevyqo at any time.

Use of personal information is described in the Zevyqo Privacy Policy. Before creating an account, users are asked to confirm the age requirement and agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Some Zevyqo features send information to third-party service providers, including AI processing as described in the Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires additional or express consent for a particular use, Zevyqo will seek that consent before the use occurs.

Zevyqo may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date shown on the page is generated during the website build. Material changes should be communicated in an appropriate way when required by law.
